Apply liberally at least 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours and always after swimming, exercise and towel drying. Caution: For external use only. Do not use on broken, damaged or diseased skin. Avoid contact with eyes – rinse with water to remove. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and seek medical advice. Keep out of reach from children.
